If you’re a Charlie Kaufman fan, you may already have been aware of his upcoming film “Anomalisa”. You may also have been aware of how its early funding came from a Kickstarter campaign, enabling the makers of the film to keep the project non-Hollywood, and retain the freedom they felt they needed to bring it to life. What should please you immensely is that not only does the film now have a US release date (December 30, 2015), but if the trailer below is any indication, it looks MAGNITUDES more amazing than the early teasers that were released.

On the other hand, if you’re NOT a Charlie Kaufman fan, go watch Being John Malkovich, Adaptation, and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind RIGHT NOW, so you’ll have them fully watched and re-watched by December, when Anomalisa hits the theatres.
